摘要
通过对红木资源现状及消耗趋势分析,指出红木资源的稀缺性将长期存在并日益严重;消耗增长过快将导致红木资源未来不可持续;资源保护性政策也将成为红木产业发展的关键限制性因素。红木制品的精细化加工利用,是应对红木资源短缺的有效途径。
Hongmu and its products are considered to be a unique and scarce wood resource and are always cherished as cultural treasures. However, increasing demand for Hongmu may make the resource unsustainable due to its slow growth. Since protection policies for Hongmu resources will be inevitable, the authors suggest that the Hongmu industry apply fine and high technologies to make full use of the limited Hongmu resources.
