摘要
探索了酶解法从鲨鱼软骨中提取粘多糖的生产工艺 ,通过实验确定了酶解法的温度、p H、时间和给酶量的范围 ,并对提取条件进行了研究。在最佳实验条件下 ,得到产品为白色粉末 ,提取率32 .2 % ,产品中多糖质量分数大于 93.6% ,蛋白质质量分数小于 0 .2 %。
A method of enzyme hydrolysis was presented to extract mucopolysaccharide from shark cartilage. The ranges of temperature, pH, time and the amount of enzyme exhausted during the enzyme hydrolysis were determined with studies made on the extraction conditions. Under the best extraction conditions, the white powder of mucopolysaccharide can be obtained with the yield rate of more than 32.5%, the purity of more than 93.6%, and the amount of protein of less than 0.2%.
