Data envelopment analysis based performance evaluation for a railway transportation corridor

为保证铁路运输通道的高效运营,实现对通道资源配置的优化,利用数据包络分析法(DEA)对铁路运输通道进行绩效评价,并运用该方法中的C2R和C2GS2模型对京津铁路运输通道的总体有效性和技术有效性进行例证分析,评价了京津铁路运输通道的资源配置情况。该方法能够提高运输质量,为铁路运输通道的合理分工提供定量依据。

We employ data envelopment analysis （DEA） to evaluate the performance of a railway transportation corridor to guarantte its efficient operation and optimize corridor resource allocation.We also use C2R and C2GS2 models of DEA to analyze the overall effectiveness and technical effectiveness of Beijing-Tianjin railway transportation corridor and evaluate its resource allocation.The method provides quantitative reference for reasonable divisioin of a railway transportation corridor and increases railway transportation quality.
