摘要
为了提高自动播种机的自动化控制效果,采用Mamdani模糊算法对电控系统进行了控制策略设计。首先采用稳态分析与模型简化的方法,建立了播种机系统关键部件的数学模型,主要包括开沟器模型、行驶机构模型和驱动系统模型等;进而采用入土压力、入土深度、行驶阻力和行驶速度等作为模糊输入,将电驱动系统目标力矩作为模糊输出,设计了模糊分布隶属度函数和模糊输出清晰化方法;最后建立了相应的模糊控制规则。仿真结果表明,所设计的模糊控制可以实现自动播种机良好的控制效果,系统工作效率可以达到65%~95%。
For enhancing the automatic drill' s working performance, drill system model is buih and then control strategy is designed for electronics control system based on fuzzy logic. System model is built at first step based on the method of steady state analysis and mould simplification. The model includes opener device model, traveling part model and driving system model. Taking soil pressure, depth of the grave, driving resistance and velocity as fuzzy inputs while target torque of electric driving system as fuzzy output. Fuzzy membership function and clearness method are designed. Fuzzy control rules are proposed based on fuzzy membership function. Simulation results show that the presented fuzzy control can realize nice control effect; system efficiency can reach 65 -95 percent.
