摘要
香蕉是热带地区重要的经济作物,其废弃物香蕉秸秆的处理一直没得到很好解决。为此,设计一种甩刀式立式香蕉秸秆粉碎机,将香蕉秸秆进行粉碎还田处理,并对其关键部件高度调整装置和粉碎装置进行设计,有助于提高香蕉秸秆的利用效率。整机设计工作幅宽1 600mm,匹配动力60kW。
Banana is an important economic crops in the tropics. Processing of waste banana stalks had never been solved. Then designing a vertical flail banana stalk crushing machine, analyzing its key components such as the height adjusting device and crushing device, which will contribute to improve the efficiency in the use of banana stalks. The working width is 1600mm, matching power is 60kw.
