摘要
为解决矮化密植红枣人工收获的问题,针对矮化密植红枣的种植模式和生长特点,设计了一种自走式矮化密植红枣收获机,阐述了该机的整机结构、工作原理以及关键部件设计等。该机具采用立轴双滚筒振动采收装置,实现了基于振动采收原理的红枣与果枝分离。由此为矮化密植红枣收获机械的深入研究和发展提供了参考。
To solve the artificial harvest problem of dwarf and close planting jujube, based on planting pattern and growth characteristic of dwarf and close planting jujube, this paper designed a kind of self-propelled dwarf and close planting ju- jube harvester. The overall structural, working principle and critical component design of the machine were introduced. This machine used vertical double drum vibratory picking device, which could finish the separation of red jujube and fruit branch based on the principle of vibration. This research provides a reference for further research and development of dwarf and close planting jujube harvester.
