The Design of the Key Component of Feed Screw Extruder

螺旋膨化机作为目前使用最广泛的饲料热加工机械,具有连续化、高温、加工时间短等特点,通过不同的配置可以生产出种类繁多的膨化产品。为此,就螺旋的设计进行了探讨,从物料特性与机械结构相结合的角度分析了膨化机的设计过程,主要从含水率等物料特性、传动系统、螺旋配置、压缩比、模板与切刀等方面展开阐述。

Screw extruder is currently the most widely used feed hot-processing machinery for its continuity, high tem- perature, short time and so on. It can be used in manufacturing huge variety of expand product for its various configura- tion. This paper/s purpose is to discuss the key design of screw extruder. From the point of combining material features and mechanical structure design, We discuss the design process including the research of material characteristic, drive system, design of screw, compression ratio, discharge plate and cutter.
