摘要
将造纸工业废渣白泥进行预处理、改性后,与不饱和聚酯及助剂均匀混合,采用模压成型的方法制备复合材料-人造石。通过工艺参数、配方调整以及表面处理,使产品性能基本满足JC908-2002《实体面材》标准要求。为造纸白泥废渣资源化利用提供有效途径。
Paper white sludge was well mixed with the unsaturated polyester resin and other additives, after it was preprocessed. The composite material artificial stone by the method of compression moulding was prepared. Through adjusting the process parameters and process recipe, the properties basically met the requirements of JC908 -2002 standard for solid surface material. An effective way was provided to realize the resource utilization of the waste residue of paper - making industry.
