摘要
以紫甘蓝作为原料,采用微波法进行提取,并对色素进行纯化,通过这个实验可培养学生基础的实践技能,并初步培养学生的综合化学技能,且这个实验具有原料便宜、实验条件简单,故推荐为大学化学综合实验。
Pigment was extracted from purple cabbage by microwave method, and the pigment was purified by the experiment, and students can be cultivated practical skills and comprehensive chemical skills. It was recommended for the comprehensive experiment of university chemistry because of cheap raw materials and simple experimental conditions.
