新型芳香族磺酸盐阻燃剂的合成与性能

Synthesis and Properties of Novel Aromatic Sulfonate Flame Retardant

以三聚氯氰、对羟基苯磺酸钠为原料合成了芳香族磺酸盐阻燃剂4,4',4''-[2,4,6-三苯氧基-1,3,5-三嗪]-三磺酸三钠盐。采用FTIR、ESI-MS、元素分析对目标产物进行了结构表征,并对聚碳酸酯/4,4',4''-[2,4,6-三苯氧基-1,3,5-三嗪]-三磺酸三钠盐阻燃复合体系的阻燃性能进行了测试,结果显示:添加不同量的阻燃剂均可使PC/三嗪磺酸盐阻燃体系达到UL-94的V-0级。

The aromatic sulfonate sodium 4,4＇ ,4＂ - （ （ 1,3,5 - triazine - 2 ,g ,6 - triyl） tris（oxy） ） tribenzenesulfonate was synthesized from cyanuric chloride, p - phenolsulfonic acid sodium salt. The structures of target product was characterized by FTIR, ESI - MS and elemental analysis, and the flame retardancy of PC/sodium 4,4＇ ,4＂ - （ （ 1,3,5 - triazine - 2,4,6 - triyl） tris （oxy） ） tribenzenesulfonate flame - retardance composite was measured. The results showed that samples with different mount of flame retardant providing a V -0 rating in the UL -94 test.
