摘要
合成了一系列的水溶性高醚化度氨基树脂防火涂料。通过不同pH值、摩尔组分配比、反应时间和反应温度等条件的改变,研究了水溶性高醚化度氨基树脂防火涂料在不同条件下的耐水性、附着力和防火性能,并用红外光谱法测定甲氧基含量的测定,用加热烘焙法测定树脂的固含量。从而确定适宜的最佳的醚化pH值、原料组分摩尔比和最佳的反应温度、反应时间。实验结果表明,研制出了高醚化度的水溶性氨基树脂防火涂料。
A serials of water - soluble high degree of etherification amino coating were synthesized. Through changed conditions of pH value, molar ratios, reaction time, reaction temperature, dehydration technology, the effects of components on product properties, such as water resistance, adhesion, fireproof performance, infrared spectroscopy were used to measure content of methoxyl group, heat baking process were used to measure the solid content of products. As a result, optimal etherification PH value, reaction temperature & reaction time were determined. According to the result of experiments, water - soluble high degree of etherification amino resin for fire - resistant coatings was prepared.
