摘要
通过一个实例,介绍在安全阀设计过程中,用HYSYS模拟发生火灾时,工艺容器内物料变化的过程,即合理地模拟一个定容的过程。通过使用HYSYS模拟从正常操作条件下和设计条件下开始的火灾泄放过程,得到安全阀设计所需的必要数据,分析比较这些数据,得出合理的设计方案。
A simulation with HYSYS for fire case was introduced during design of PSV and it simulated the material changes in a process vessel along a constant volume path when a fire was occurring and keeping. We can get both of those corresponding information required for PSV design through simulations starting from operating condition and from design and suitable design scenario by analysis and comparison to the information.
