摘要
如何有效发挥二级学院在产学研合作和应用型人才培养中的作用是一长久的实践性课题,理学院在人才培养方案修订、校企授课、实验实训平台、团队建设等方面与企业合作培养应用型人才做了有益的尝试,有效促进了高校与企业的合作育人机制。
The important role of college in the research cooperation and personnel training was explored. A goodattempt was made in personnel training program revision, school -enterprise teaching, experiment and training platform, team building and other aspects to cooperated with companies. Collaborative innovation and win -win cooperation of universities and enterprises were promoted.
