摘要
语音信箱是一种基于多种网络、以语音信息交互为主要功能的业务,是一种新型、便捷的通信方式,其不同于邮政信箱那样有实体,它投递的是真正的语音,可以满足个人电话用户做保密留言的需求。语音信箱业务能够为用户提供存储、转发和提取语音信息等服务,比使用录音电话更经济和方便,并且能够保证使用者随时随地都能畅通无阻的拨通信箱。未接来电提醒业务在业务属性上与语音信箱互斥,一般在开展语音信箱业务之后,未接来电提醒业务发展比较缓慢,二者只能取其一。另外,现在的未接来电提醒内容中没有对码号的分类信息,经常有较多的骗子电话对用户进行骚扰。本文所解决的问题是将未接来电提醒业务融合到语音信箱平台中,同时对于码号进行分类,在未接来电提醒短信中增加码号的识别信息,对于可疑电话禁止回拨,在平台侧将其屏蔽掉,给用户提供更好的服务。
Voice mail is a kind of business based on a variety of network and voice information interaction as the main function, it's a new way of convenient communication, which is different from the post ofifce box. It deliveries the real voice, not letter, which can satisfy the demand of personal phone users doing a secret message. Voicemail service can provide users with storage, transfer and extraction of speech information and other services, more economic and convenient than using a telephone recording. And also ensure the user can be unobstructed phone box anytime and anywhere. Missed calls reminder business mutexes voice mail in business attribute. Generally voice mail and missed calls reminder business call only be available for one. On account of missed calls reminder message missed the content of information classiifcation, there are lots of liar telephone harassment on the user. In this paper, the problem to be solved is integrating missed calls reminder business to voicemail platform,classifying code number at the same time .Adding identiifcation information in the message, the platform side block suspicious phone for banned callback, which provide users with better service.
