摘要
近几年随着纺织业的快速发展,熔体直纺项目大增,半消光、全消光纤维的需求量大。我公司熔体直纺项目一直采用传统的二氧化钛配制方法。随着产能的增加,二氧化钛溶液使用量增加,加上公司要减少设备投入成本,提高一套二氧化钛溶液配制负荷。我们在整个配制流程的每个环节上寻找突破点来解决实际问题,即我们的目标提高设备生产负荷,减少二氧化钛粉末投料时间满足生产需求。
In recent years, with the rapid development of the textile industry, significant increase in melt spinning project, semi-dull, dull fibers big demand. My company has been using conventional melt spinning project titania preparation methods. With the increase of production capacity, the amount of titanium dioxide solution increases, coupled with the company to reduce equipment investment costs and improve the preparation of a solution of titanium dioxide load. We are looking for a breakthrough point in each aspect of the entire preparation process to solve practical problems, which we aim to improve the equipment load, reducing titanium dioxide powder feeding time to meet production needs.
