摘要
结合新钢中厚板厂厚板辊道输送线的改造,分析重负荷条件下辊道的驱动力矩情况,并就如何设计合理的辊道驱动力矩以达到既实现输送功能又降低改造成本进行了探讨。
Drive roller torque under heavy load conditions are analyzed transformation of slab roller conveyor in heavy plate plant in Xinyu Steel. The reasonable drive roller torque design are discussed to achieve the transfer function and reduce the cost of transformation.
