基于PLC与触摸屏技术的高温多层真空压机监控系统研究

摘要 在简述可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)及温控模块与触摸屏的工作原理及技术特点基础上,研究其在高温多层真空压机监控系统中的应用,讲述其工作原理和软硬件实现方法。结果表明采用PLC及温控模块与触摸屏配合热电偶控制的高温多层真空压机监控系统实时性好,性能稳定,控制精度高。 The application of the PLC, its temperature control module and HMI on the high temperature several floor vacuum press machine control system are put forward based on their principle and characteristics. The principle and the method of the software and hardware realization are given. The result is good by using of the PLC, its temperature control module, HMI and thermocouple on the high temperature multi-floored vacu- um press machine monitoring system. It has good real time property, good stability and high control precision.
