新型生长调节剂Topflor对盆栽小苍兰生长和开花的影响 被引量:3

摘要 以盆栽小苍兰为研究对象,将不同浓度的Topflor水溶液通过浸球、浸湿基质以及叶面喷施的方式进行处理。结果表明,Topflor能明显抑制小苍兰营养生长,3种处理方式均对小苍兰株高有明显抑制效果,但高于50mg/L的浸球处理会使叶片表现出激素伤害症状。用10-75mg/L的浸球处理和0.5-2.0mg/盆的浸湿基质处理中,对增加叶宽有显著影响,而叶面喷施则无明显影响。Topflor浸球和浸湿基质处理明显增加了小苍兰叶片的厚度,但所有处理对盆栽小苍兰的分蘖均没有促进作用。Topflor对开花性状的影响主要表现在对开花株数、花径以及小花数等指标上,对花色及花型没有不利影响。整体来看,10-25mg/L浸球处理,25-50mg/L叶面喷施处理,以及1mg/盆的浸湿基质处理有利于小苍兰的盆栽生产。 The potted freesia plants were treated with Topflor solution in different concentration by bulb soak, substrate drench and foliar spray. The results showed that Topflor significantly inhibited the growth of potted freesia. Three treatments had significant inhibitory effects on plant height of freesia. Some phytotoxicity was observed in bulb soak treatment with 50 mg/L or more Topflor. There was a significant increase in leaf width of freesia treated by bulb soak (10-75 mg/L) and substrate drench (0. 5-2.0 mg/ plant) with Topflor. No significant effect was observed in the treatment by foliar spray. The leaf thickness was increased significantly under Topflor treatment by bulb soak and substrate drench, however, no significant improvement on the tiller number was observed in all treatments. The influence of Topflor to blossoming mainly focused on the number of blossoming plants, floret diameter and the floret number. No adverse effects on flower color and flower type were observed. In conclusion, the treatments with 10-25 mg/L Topflor by bulb soak,with 25-50 mg/L Topflor by foliar spray, and with 1.0 mg/pot Topflor by substrate drench are helpful for the potted use of freesia plants.
