摘要
听评课是最常见的校本教研方式,教师对于教学现场的评价指向,影响着执教者和课堂观察者的专业发展。如何使听评课的效益最大化,需要听评课者与执教者之间依托教学现场,通过多元对话,积极重构课堂形态,生成有效的教学智慧,从而提高课堂教学效果和促进教师专业发展。
Inspecting-assessing classroom teaching is a common way of school-based studies, in which inspectors' assessment has an effect on the professional development of teachers and observers. How to maximize the efficiency of inspecting-assessing classroom teaching requires that inspectors and teachers should be based on the teaching scene and, by means of diversified dialogues, actively reconstruct classroom structures, and generate effective teaching wisdom so that the effect of classroom teaching could be heightened and teachers' professional development could be promoted as well.
