摘要
铁路隧道中线的施工偏差主要为横向偏差和高程偏差。其中横向偏差是最为多发的一种偏差情况,一旦这种偏差超过一定范围,且未及时采取有效措施进行修正,极易造成隧道实际施工中线偏离设计中线,导致内轮廓侵入设计的建筑限界,从而给行车带来极大安全隐患。中线偏差过大时,须炸毁大段衬砌方能满足相关规范要求,造成返工浪费、工期延误,社会影响极大。文章针对铁路隧道中线施工偏差问题,结合工程实例,从线路、隧道及测量等专业的角度,在保证线路和隧道基本使用功能、运营安全以及便于维护的前提下,对隧道中线横向偏差进行阐述,探讨通过调整线路平面、纵断面解决偏差的方法,提出了解决类似问题的基本原则。同时,警示和提醒施工以及管理单位如何避免类似问题的出现。
The eccentricity in railway tunnel construction is largely caused by lateral deviation and elevation deviation,of which the former is proved to be the most contributory factor.Once the deviation exceeds the safety limit and necessary adjustment is not taken,offset from the designed central line may occur,causing inner contour to extrude construction clearance,thus bring grave hidden danger to traffic safety.When there is considerable deviation from central line,mas-sive lining has to be blasted to meet the requirement of related specification,which always lead to reworking,construc-tion delay and adverse influence on society.Based on actual practice,measurement in line and tunnel construction and on the premise of ensuring the basic function,performance safety and easy maintenance of lines and tunnels,this paper describes problems arose from lateral deviation in tunnel construction,seeks a solution by adjusting the horizontal and longitudinal section of line and finally presents the principle for addressing the problems.At the same time,it advises construction and management firms to avert such problems with due caution.
