摘要
结合京沪高速铁路济南西站的工程实际,重点研究了黄河冲积平原含硬质黏土层深厚松软土地层条件下优化复合地基设计与施工方案的过程与方法。介绍了富水松软土地层20 m深度之下出现砂砾层和夹姜石的硬质黏土层对CFG桩施工造成特殊难题的背景下,为克服困难所采取的一系列施工对策及其实施效果;通过专家现场调查论证,为确保工程质量和建设工期,在调整设计参数和优化设计方案的指导思路下,依托现场工程试验实践进行对比研究和分析验证,对原有设计和施工方案做出优化和调整。对比了CFG桩复合地基、管桩复合地基、小直径钻孔灌注桩复合地基的适用性和特点,优选设计参数,通过对设计与施工方案的试验、调整、选择、优化与实施,实现了较好的技术经济性。
Based on the engineering practice of Jinan west railway station on Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway,this paper focuses on composite foundation optimization design and construction scheme under the condition of deep soft soil stratum with hard clay soil layer on Yellow river alluvial plain.The paper introduces a series construction strategy and its effect adopted due to special problems caused by gravel bed and hard clay layer below 20 m depth from the soft soil stra-tum with rich water to the CFG pile construction.According to on-site investigation of experts,in order to assure con-struction quality and time,by using comparison research and analyzing certification in field test,the original design and construction scheme are optimized and adjusted.Compared with the applicability and characteristics of composite foun-dations of CFG pile,tube pile and small diameter bored pile,design parameter is optimized.Based on design parameter optimization,test,adjustment,selection,optimization and implement of design and construction scheme,the better technical economy is realized.
