摘要
由于双线铁路隧道仰拱施工进度比掌子面开挖进度慢,并制约防水系统、二次衬砌等后继工序的跟进,使得仰拱施工成为双线铁路隧道施工的"卡脖子"工序。为解决隧道仰拱施工进度滞后于开挖进度,文章介绍了一种适用于铁路双线隧道仰拱快速施工的技术及配套设备,通过在贵广铁路油竹山隧道的实际应用,实现了双线铁路隧道仰拱快速施工。同时该技术和配套设备的应用还有效地提高了仰拱施工的质量,降低了人力劳动强度,减小了施工成本,改善了洞内交通状况,优化了洞内施工组织,利于标准化作业和安全文明施工的实现,填补了隧道施工机械化配套快速施工方案中仰拱设备的空白,对隧道施工整体水平的提高影响重大。
Invert construction is the crux for building a double-track tunnel because of the following problems:the tunnel invert construction always lagging behind the face excavation,which consequently restricts the applying of waterproofing system and final lining.The rapid construction technique for railway double-track tunnel invert and development of an-cillary equipment are introduced in this paper to solve the above problems in Youzhushan tunnel.The rapid construction technique not only effectively improves the quality of tunnel invert construction,but also reduces both labor intensity and construction costs.It is also beneficial to standardized operations and safety construction,which have significant impact on raising the quality of tunnels.
