清代云南“三迤”设置考述

迤西、迤东、迤南作为云南道级行政区划设置于清代,为中国西南边疆发展历史之大势所趋,对云南产生了深远影响。迤西、迤东两道的设置原因、时间与迤南道有着很大不同。迤西、迤东两道的设置,不但与云南行政区划和地理概念的历史积淀有关,还是雍正朝对云南东、西部地区治理日益深入的结果。迤南道的设置却与清朝在云南直接治理的地域向南部不断延伸有着密切关系。

Winding West, Winding East and Winding South are installed as administrative regions in Qing Dynasty, which is the general development trend of China＇s southwestern border and produces far-reaching effect to Yunnan. But there are big differences on installation between Winding west, Winding East and Winding South. The installation of Winding West and Winding East is connected not only with the administrative districts of Yunnan and the geographical concept, but with the deep management of Yunnan from the Qing Dynasty. The installation of Winding South is closely related to the South extension region.
