摘要
英语视听能力是英语学习者英语水平的重要体现,培养和提高学习者的英语视听能力是英语学习中的第一要务。然而在实际的英语视听活动中,学习者和教学者却面临着进退两难的境地。本文从元认知这一视角出发,重新审视英语视听活动这一认知行为的本质和价值,并结合实际教学活动针对英语视听能力的提高给出相应的方法和建议。
The ability of English viewing and listening reflects the English level of English learners significantly. Cultivating and enhancing their ability of English viewing and listening should be the top priority in English study. However, the teachers and learners find themselves in a dilemma in the practical English viewing and listening activities. Based on Metcognition, this paper reexamines the nature and value of English viewing and listening the cognitive behavior, and provides approaches and suggestion to improve learners' ability of English viewing and listening according to actual teaching activities.
