To Promote the Comprehensive Regional Development with Tourism Complex——On the Regional Development against the Background of the Urbanization Tide and Leisure Times of China

伴随着社会经济的快速发展,人民生活水平的日益提高,我国已经或接近步入"休闲时代",初步形成了"休闲经济"产业体系。基于我国休闲经济快速发展的大背景,探讨我国城镇化发展的方式方法显得尤为重要。以旅游休闲为基础导向,以相关产业为支撑,以休闲地产、商业配套为延伸的区域综合开发模式,即以旅游综合体带动区域综合发展的模式,已经成为广大适宜区域实施"就地城镇化"的主流模式之一。

With the rapid development of the society and economy, and the gradually improving of people’s living standard, China has entered or nearly stepped into the“leisure times” and the “leisure economy” industrial system has initially taken shape. Against this general background, i.e., the leisure economy of China is developing rapidly, it is especially important to explore the development methods of urbanization in China. The comprehensive regional development model with tourism and leisure as the basic guide, relevant industries as the support and the leisure real estate and supporting business as the extension, i.e., the model that promotes the comprehensive regional development with tourism complex has become one of the main models that is suitable for various areas to implement the“localized urbanization”.
