越南河内传统民居及三十六街的保护与发展

Protection and Development of the Traditional Folk Residents in Hanoi, Vietnam and the Old Quarter of Thirty-Six Streets

越南河内现存的三十六街历史街区于11世纪时初步成形,15世纪时经系统性分行划市,至今仍保留着完整的历史肌理,是研究越南传统民居的鲜活样本。从城市规划师的角度,介绍了三十六街地区的发展历史、布局特征及传统建筑形式,分析了若干代表性的街区与建筑,并与中国南方传统民居进行比对,提出了对该历史街区的保护和发展的相关建议,以期对我国历史街区、民居保护提供借鉴。

The Old Quarter of Thirty-Six Streets in Hanoi, Vietnam took shape since the beginning of the 11th Century and experienced a systematic division in the 15th Century. So far, the complete historical structure still remains. It is a live example for scholars to research into the traditional folk residents of Vietnam. From the perspective of an urban planner, the development history, layout characteristics and traditional architectural forms of the Old Quarter of Thirty-Six Streets are introduced, and several representative streets and buildings are analyzed, and compared with the traditional folk residents in southern China, then relevant suggestions about the protection and development of the historical streets are proposed for the reference of the historical streets and folk residents of China.
