规律锻炼干预方案对60~69岁老年人身体形态变化的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探寻规律锻炼干预方案指导的锻炼方法对老年人体重控制的改善效果,为老年人量身定制出更高效、更科学的锻炼方案提供理论支撑.方法:实验组按照规律锻炼对60~69岁老年人进行为期16周每周三次的锻炼,对照组不按照规律锻炼或者不锻炼的老年人.结果:实验组体重、体质指数(BMI)、腰围、臀围显著下降,对照组腰臀比(WHR)显著增加.结论:按照规律锻炼干预方案,长期规律锻炼能够更有效控制超重,说明其对老年人体重的控制是科学有效的.
