摘要
1999年起国内高校扩招,迄今已走过了十几个年头,国内学术界对高校教师教学能力及其相关问题的研究基本上集中于这一时期。研究的特点表现在,高校教师教学能力的研究视野不断开阔,研究范式日趋多样化,研究成果日益丰硕,但尚未出现突破性进展。国内学术界有关高校教师教学能力概念的界定、能力构成的阐述、制约能力发展的因素分析和教师教学能力评价指标体系创设等方面的争论,反映出学术界关于高校教师教学能力研究的动态及前沿问题。
The enlargement of college enrollment has been practiced in 1999. The policy has so far gone through more than a dozen years, and the domestic research on the teaching ability of university teachers is basically focused on issues related to this period. The research is characterized by the broadened vision, the diversified research methodology, and fruitful productions, but a breakthrough has not yet appeared. Controversies are centered around the definition of the concept of the teaching ability, the constitution of the teaching ability, and the teaching evaluation index system, and such academic debates reflect the dynamic and cutting-edge inquiries regarding the issues.
