大众化时期研究生德育工作的困境与路径

Graduate Ethic and Moral Education in the Background of Higher Education Massification:Dilemma and Strategy

随着我国高等教育大众化和国际化进程的加快,面对多元异质的社会环境,研究生德育工作面临许多新的困境,突出表现在个体差异较大、价值取向多样、心理问题多发以及道德修养弱化。社会环境的变化、研究生培养制度因素及在思想认识上重视不够是形成这些问题的主要原因。新形势下做好研究生德育工作,必须加强教育引导、重视制度设计、更新教育观念,在突出时代特色、彰显大学精神、强化队伍建设上下功夫。

With quickened pace of internationalization and massification of higher education endeavors in China, the moral and ethic education for postgraduates is facing many new challenges and quandaries especially under the influence of diversified hetero-social environment, and such predicaments are represented by widening individual differences, increasing varieties of value identification, prevalent mental problems as＇well as the degraded moral levels. The causes for all those problems among postgraduates are rooted in the social environmental changes, postgraduate program institutional setup defects and the low consciousness on the part of the educators. To reverse the problem, efforts should be made to strengthen the education and guidance, institutional redesigning, educational conception reforming and university spirit promotion.
