Political Exploration of the Generation of Institutional Civilization

制度文明塑造着国家的骨骼和精神,极大地影响着国家的未来和民族的性格。从政治历史的角度来观察和分析制度文明问题,可以发现制度文明其实是一个历史的范畴,其诞生必然是历史发展的产物。同时从制度文明的内在机理审视,其生成一般要经历理念文明、规则文明、机构文明、设备文明的建立以及机制文明的形成等,在此过程中杰出人物起着重要的推动作用。

Institutional civilization shapes the backbone and spirit of a country, which also significantly influence the future of the country and the national character. Observation and analysis of institutional civilization from the perspective of political history may lead to the conclusion that institutional civilization has been in fact a historical category, and its birth is necessarily the product of historical development. Meanwhile, judging the inherent texture of institutional civilization, we can find that its generation runs through the following stages ： conceptual civilization, rules-based civilization, organizational civilization, facility civilization, and the formation of institutional civilization. Outstanding figures play important advocating roles in this process.
