A Review of Recent Development in International Social Policy Research:Theories,Fields and Perspectives

自20世纪90年代以来,国际社会政策研究在理论上取得了很多新的突破,以制度和企业为核心的理论对原有建立在阶级冲突基础上的权力资源理论带来了挑战,为不同学科的交流和对话提供了机会,推进了社会政策理论的完善。此外,随着各国对劳动力市场政策和家庭政策的重视,社会政策的研究领域得到拓宽,也为理论的应用提供了更广阔的空间。在此基础上,社会政策比较研究学者分别从工会、政党、国家和企业等视角来阐释社会政策的起源、演变与改革,深化了对当代福利国家的认识与理解。

Since the 1990s,there is a great breakthrough'in the theoretical development of social policy,with the traditional theory of Power Resources being replaced by the new theoretical approaches of New Politics and Varieties of Capitalism,enabling interaction and dialogue of various academic disciplines.At the same time,the research scope of social policy is expanded extensively by the presence of family policy reform into political agenda and the introduction of job-centered labor market policy.Based on these developments,the scholars try to analyze the social policy mainly form the four angles:the trade union,political party,the state and the employer.
