关于提高故障后断路器重合成功率的解决思路 被引量:2

摘要 针对两起故障后继电保护正确发重合闸令,但断路器执行机构发控制回路断线信号,导致断路器无法合闸的情况进行了分析。指出根本原因是断路器执行机构的防潮回路和二次回路设计不合理,解决思路为:改进断路器执行机构的防潮设计;改进二次回路设计,包括利用断路器执行机构储能的行程微动机械接点替代回路中的电接点,保护及断路器执行机构的分、合闸回路均按双份配置等。按此思路进行改造,最终解决了断路器重合成功率低的问题。 Two unsuccessful breaker reclose accidents are analyzed which are caused by the control circuit break signal sent by the breaker actuator after the reclose order has been sent correctly by relay protection. It is point out that the basic reason is the unreasonable design of the anti-moisture circuit of the breaker actuator and the secondary circuit, and the solution is to modify the anti-moisture design of the breaker actuator and the secondary circuit including the replacement of electric contacts of the circuit by travel micro mechanical contacts of breaker actuator energy storage,double configuration of trip and close circuits of protection and breaker actuator. After the modification, the low success ratio of breaker reclosing problem is solved.
