导电板智能修复仪的研制与应用

摘要 为了在供电检修现场方便、快捷地修复导电板表面防护层,解决变电设备导电板接触电阻增高发热问题,研制了基于电镀刷技术的导电板智能修复仪。使用导电板智能修复仪对电流互感器引线、隔离开关的引线连接板和触头等发热缺陷进行处理后,导电板接触电阻降低,设备运行温度恢复正常。该仪器设计合理,现场使用方便,修复效果良好,有效解决了变电设备导电金属接触电阻增高及发热问题。 In order to repair conveniently and quickly the surface protection layer of the electric conduction plate in the power supply field maintenance ,and to solve the overheat problem of the electric conduction plate of the transformation equipment caused by the increasing contact resistance, a intelligent repair Instrument for electric conduction plate based on brush plating technology is proposed. After the repair of the overheat defects of the outlet line of current transformer, and the outlet line connection plate and contactor of switch, the contact resistance of electric conduction plate is reduced, and the operation temperature of equipment is return to normal. The Instrument is reasonable in design, and convenient for field use, and has better repair effect, which can effectively solve the increasing contact resistance and the overheat problems of electric conduction plate of transformation equipment.
