研究电网输变电金属材料部件损坏失效原因并提出解决对策。通过对广西电网近年来输变电金属材料部件的失效情况进行归纳、总结、分析,认为金属材料部件失效损坏的原因主要是制造、安装施工质量不佳。应加强对产品的制造、安装质量监督和运行维护。

The reason of transmission and transformation metal material component failure in power grid is studied and countermeasures are proposed. Based on the induction, summarization and analysis of transmission and transformation metal material component failures situations in recent years in Guangxi power grid,it is concluded that the main reason of the metal material component failure is poor qualities of manufacture, installation and construction. The manufacture of products, the supervision of installation and the maintenance of operation should be enforced.
