凝汽器低压缸减温水系统改造方法比较 被引量:1

摘要 针对凝汽式汽轮发电机解列后,凝结水泵对低压缸及其相关系统喷水冷却过程所需外购电量大的问题,提出采用凝汽器补水泵或新增水泵替代凝结水泵为低压缸提供冷却水。经对比、分析及计算,采用凝补水泵或新增水泵替代凝结水泵均可大幅降低电耗,减少外购电量,缩短检修工期,有效降低运行成本。 Aiming at the problem that a large amount of purchased electricity is needed by the condensate pump for the water spraying cooling process of the low pressure cylinder and its corresponding system after the step-out of the condensing type steam turbine generator, it is proposed that the condensate pump should be replaced by the condenser water compensation pump or a new water pump to supply the cooling water. After the comparison, analysis and calculation, it is found that the replacement of condensate pump by the condenser water compensation pump or a new water pump can greatly reduce the energy consumption, which can reduce the purchased electricity, shorten the maintenance time and thus reduce the operation cost.
