摘要
提出了一种改进地区科技服务业专业化强度及比较优势的测算方法和判别步骤,并将其应用于考察云南省地区科技服务业专业化强度及其地区比较优势。首先,我们以2003年至2010年的地区产业就业量为计算指标来获取云南省16个州市科技服务业区位商样本数据。在此样本数据的基础上,通过对区位商各地区均值的点估计和区间估计发现:云南省地区科技服务业专业化强度分布的确存在地区差异。随后采用单因素方差分析证实地区差异的整体显著性。最后,我们通过多重比较分析进一步量化各个地区之间专业化强度的差异程度和比较优势,并发现其结果与各地区的产业升级和区域创新要求并不匹配。
An improved approach and procedure in the measurement of regional specialization disparities in scientific and technical service (abbreviated as STS) industry was proposed and applied in different municipals and prefectures in Yunnan Province. We first introduced employment time-series based location quotient (abbreviated as LQ) analysis to obtain sample data on the characterization and distribution of specialization across the STS industry. Through both point and interval estimation of the mean of the LQs, we discovered that significant regional differences do exist in the industrial specialization levels. Analysis of variance further confirmed this finding. We then measured the comparative advantages between any two regions by multiple comparison analysis, and the results showed significant specialization discrepancies and advantage mismatches between regions and the need of STS specialization for a number of regions in Yunnan Province.
