摘要
当前本科高校的在校生已经以90后为主。这是一批在社会转型期以及网络、微博等新媒体环境中成长起来的青年群体,他们接受信息、感知道德有着新的特点和方式,这对以培养未来教师为主要目标的师范院校提出了许多新的挑战。面对新挑战,站在现实与未来的高度,从内容、方法、机制等方面加紧进行新媒体条件下高师院校90后大学生德育工作的完善与创新,凸显高师院校德育工作的习得性、文化性、师范性和时代性,增强高师院校德育工作的活力、水平和成效。
The current post-90s students already consist the major part of undergraduate colleges and universities,they grew up in the new media environment including internetwork and micro-blog,the way of them accepted information and moral perception were new,all above are the challenges to the normal universities with main target of training future teachers. We should perfect and inno-vate the contents,forms and methods in moral education at the height of reality and future,highlighting the practical spirit,cultural spirit,teaching spirit and temporal spirit,to reinforce the vitality,quality and effect of normal college moral education.
