转录组学在艾滋病中医证候学研究中的应用

艾滋病为全球重大公共卫生问题和社会问题,中医药防治艾滋病有一定的疗效和优势。证候作为中医辨证论治理论的核心,是中医药防治艾滋病研究的基础和重要组成部分;转录组学从整体水平上研究细胞中基因转录情况及调控规律,能够从多角度、多环节阐释中医证候实质。本研究运用转录组学技术进行艾滋病中医证候学研究,发现了部分特异性基因,拓展了艾滋病中医证候的研究思路,为艾滋病中医证候客观化和标准化提供参考。

AIDS is a major global public health and social problem, the fight against AIDS in medicine have a certain effect and advantages. As the core of traditional Chinese medicine, the syndrome theory, is the basis and important part of medical research to combat AIDS, transcriptome studies cells and regulation of transcription case law from the overall level of the gene can be from many angles, multi-link explain syndromes parenchyma.
