纸质塑形夹板外展固定预防伸直型肱骨髁上骨折肘内翻临床观察

Clinical Observation on Strawboard Shapeable Splint External Fixation Prevention the Extension Type of Supracondylar Humerus Fracture Cubitus Varus

目的：观察纸质塑形夹板外展固定对伸直型肱骨髁上骨折肘内翻的预防作用。方法：对得到完整随访的221例采用纸质塑形夹板外展固定的伸直型肱骨髁上骨折患儿，从功能恢复、肘内翻、携带角等方面进行比较。结果：经过1～6a的随访，平均4a，从功能恢复、肘内翻、携带角发现纸质塑形夹板外展固定疗效。结论：纸质塑形夹板外展固定能有效预防小儿伸直型肱骨髁上骨折肘内翻的发生。

Objective：To observe the prevention effect of strawboard shapeable splint external fixation on the extension type of supracon- dylar humerus fracture cubitus varus. Methods ：221 cases of children of the extension type of supracondylar humerus fracture with com- plete follow-up were treated with strawboard shapeable splint external fixation, and were compared from the aspects of functional recover- y, elbow varus and carrying angle, etc. Results ： After one to six years follow-up, an average of 4 years, the curative effect of strawboard shapeable splint external fixation was discussed from functional recovery, elbow varus and carrying angle. Conclusion：Strawboard shape- able splint external fixation can effectively prevent the occurence of the extension type of supracondylar humerus fracture cubitus varus in children.
