强直性脊柱炎是一种原因不明的慢性炎症为主的自身免疫性疾病,通常首先侵犯骶髂关节和脊柱。其发病机制尚不清楚,与多种因素相关。许多研究显示,强直性脊柱炎的是细胞因子网络异常,故笔者就强直性脊柱炎细胞因子进行研究,以期对强直性脊柱炎的临床治疗提供依据。
