穴位注射治疗带状疱疹临床研究

Clinical Research of Acupuncture Point Injection Treatment of Herpes Zoster

目的:观察维生素B1、B12穴位注射足三里及相应夹脊穴治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法:将46例确诊为带状疱疹的患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组各23例,对照组予西药抗病毒药物阿昔洛韦200 mg口服治疗,每日5次。治疗组在对照组基础上加用维生素B1、B12穴位注射足三里及相应夹脊穴治疗,两组均以10 d为1个疗程,1个疗程后比较疗效。结果:对照组有效率为69.57%,治疗组有效率为91.30,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:维生素B1、B12穴位注射足三里及相应夹脊穴治疗带状疱疹疗效显著。

Objective ：To investigate the clinical efficacy of vitamin B1, B12 Zusanli acupoint injection and the corresponding Jiaji treatment of herpes zoster. Methods ：46 cases of patients diagnosed with herpes zoster were randomly divided into a control group and the treatment group,23 cases in each group, the control group were treated with antiviral drugs acyelovir 200 mg oral treatment, daily 5 times. Treatment group were based on the use of vitamin B1 ,B^2 and Zusanli acupoint injection Jiaji appropriate treatment, both groups 10 d as a course of treatment,comparative efficacy after one course of treatment. Results：The effective rate was 69.57% in the control group, the treatment group was 91.30, the difference was statistically significant（ 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：Vitamin B1, Bl2 Zusanli aeupoint injection and the corresponding Jiaji treatment of herpes zoster significant effect, worthy of clinical application.
