摘要
变压器是开关电源的关键部件,其性能的好坏,直接影响到开关电源的整体效率、发热情况、成本及稳定性等。本文分析了变压器工作在连续电流模式(CCM)和断续电流模式(DCM)下的特点,提出一种优化变压器初级电感的设计方法,给出了设计流程和关键参数的计算方法。最后给出设计实例,运用于永磁同步电机驱动器,工作时稳定高效。
Transformer is the key component of switching power supply. The overall efficiency, heating, cost and stability of switching power supply are influenced by its performance directly. The characteristic of flyback transformer in the continuous cur-rent mode (CCM) and discontinuous current mode (DCM) is analyzed in this paper. Based on it, this paper presents a design method of optimization transformer primary inductance. The design flow and calculation of key parameters are also given. In the end, a sta-ble efficient design example is given in the paper, which is used in permanent magnet synchronous motor drivers.
