淮南市民间借贷纠纷案件的调研报告

Investigation Report on Folk Loan Disputes of Huainan

民间借贷在方便人们生活,弥补银行服务不足、促进地方经济发展等方面发挥了积极作用。同时,民间借贷纠纷处理不好,也会影响到地方经济发展、稳定大局。本文对淮南市两级法院2010年至2013年期间审理的民间借贷纠纷案件情况进行调研,分析实践中问题并提出针对性建议,以期通过法院审判职能,妥善应对民间借贷案件形式,为维护淮南市经济平稳持续发展和社会稳定作出努力。

Folk loan has been played a positive role in the convenience of people＇s life ,compensated for the lack of banking services ,promoted local economic development .At the same time ,the folk loan handled not properly ,also will affect the local economic development and stability .Through investiga-ting the Huainan folk loan disputes trials ,this article analyzes the problem and puts forward counter-measures in order to properly deal with the forms of folk loans cases ,maintain sustainable economic de-velopment and social stability of Huainan city through the court trial functions .
