摘要
近年来,我国高校就业指导课程建设取得了明显成效,但也存在一些问题,如部分高校对就业指导课程的重要性认识不够,授课质量不高,师资队伍专业化程度较低,教学资源缺乏,理论研究不多等。高校应通过加大对就业指导课程的投入,构建全程化的就业指导课程体系,改进教学方法和手段,加强就业指导师资队伍建设,建立就业指导课程理论研究机制,不断提高就业指导课程教学水平,有效提升大学生的综合素质和就业竞争力,从而促进大学生充分就业。
In recent years,the career guidance curriculum construction in our universities has gained great achievement. However,it also has some problems,such neglect career guidance curriculum, poor teaching quality, low level of specialization in teaching staff,lack of teaching resources and theoretical research. This paper analyzes the existing problems and offer suggestions that universities should increase the input of career guidance curriculum, construct the whole process of career guidance curriculum system,improve teaching methods and skill,strengthen teaching staff and build the theoretical research mechanism for the purpose of constantly improving career guidance curriculum's teaching level and effectively enhancing students' comprehensive abilities and employment competitiveness to facilitate their employment.
