拖拉机产品质量安全问题分析

我国是拖拉机生产大国,在技术、产量不断提高的同时,质量安全问题日益突出,主要表现在驾驶室无足够的安全强度、危害部位安全防护不足、照明信号装置失效、噪声危害大、部分零部件可靠性差等方面,由此导致的拖拉机道路外事故和交通事故经常发生。从产品质量分析入手,提出了规范企业、加强管理以降低安全事故的建议。

China is a big country for producing tractors, the quality and safety problems have become increasingly prominent with the improvement of technology and yield, mainly in the insufficient security strength in the cab, ineffective security protection for damaged parts, failure of illuminating signal devices, big harm of noise, poor reliability in some parts, and so on, resulting in off-road accidents and traffic accidents of tractors at times. In this paper, starting with analysis of product quality, some suggestions for standardizing enterprises, strengthening management to reduce security accidents are put forward.
