摘要
目的:对杨梅科杨梅属植物矮杨梅(Myrica nana Cheval)叶子进行化学成分分析。方法:采用甲醇回流提取、色谱法分离、波谱法鉴定其结构。结果:从该植物叶子中共分离鉴定出6个化合物,分别是β-谷甾醇(1)、齐墩果烯(2)、槲皮素(3)、芦丁(4)、杨梅素(5)、杨梅苷(6)。结论:化合物2为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective:To study the chemical constitutes of the leaf of Myrica nana Cheval. Methods:Using reflux extraction with MeOH, column chromatography for separation, and IR, MS and NMR for structural identification. Results:Six compounds were iso- lated from the leaf of M. nana,and identified as β-sitosterol (1),3β-hydroxyolean-12-en (2),quercetin (3),rutin (4), myricetin (5) and myricitrin (6),respectively. Conclusion:Compounds 2 were obtained from this plant for the first time.
