摘要
目的:优选烘制法盐炙益智仁的最佳工艺。方法:采用正交设计法L9(34),以挥发油、水浸出物含量为考察指标,对盐炙益智仁的工艺进行优选。结果:烘制法盐炙益智仁的优化工艺条件为:辅料量(2%),润药时间(30min),烘制温度(200℃),烘制时间(10min)。结论:恒温烘法盐炙益智仁工艺稳定可控,适应中药饮片现代化发展的需要。
Objective:Objective To optimize the technology of processing Alpiniae Oxyphylla Miq. with saltwater under constant temperature. Methods: O rthogonal design L9 (3+4) was used to screen out the best extraction conditions with naphtha and the per- centages of water-soluble components. Results:the parameters of process method under constant temperature should be: salt a- mount(2 %), moisting time(30min), baked temperature(200℃ ). Conclusion: The technology is stable, reasonable and viable.
