目的：探讨保胎灵胶囊临床应用效果及不良反应发生情况.方法：选取2 700例诊断为先兆早产的孕妇为研究对象.将其随机分为20岁以下组（A组）,21～30岁组（B组）,31岁以上组（C组）三组,每组900例.以同期收治的一般资料差异无显著性的500例先兆早产产妇为对照组.A、B、C组采取保胎灵胶囊联合盐酸利托君治疗,对照组采取盐酸利托君治疗.比较各组患者分娩后成功保胎率、孕期延长时间以及不良反应情况.结果：A、B、C三组产妇在成功保胎率、孕期延长时间、不良反应方面,组间比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）;A、B、C三组产妇在成功保胎率、孕期延长时间、不良反应方面均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论：保胎灵胶囊联合盐酸利托君治疗先兆早产,可以提高保胎率,延长孕期时间,有利于新生婴儿的预后,是一种提高产科质量安全有效的治疗方法,而且其不良反应发生情况和产妇年龄无直接联系,临床上值得推广使用.

Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of miscarriage Capsule and adverse events. Methods：June 2010-December 2013 period 2,700 cases diagnosed me admitted to hospital obstetric threatened preterm labor in pregnant women for the study. 20 years old were randomly divided into the following groups （A group）, 21 to 30 age group（group B）, 31 years and older group （group C）, three groups of 900 cases each. In addition to general information treated in the same period the difference was not statis- tically significant aspects of 500 cases of threatened preterm mothers of the control group. A, B, C groups take joint miscarriage Capsules ritodrine hydrochloride therapy , the control group taking ritodrine hydrochloride therapy. After the birth of each group of patients than the success rate of miscarriage , pregnancy extension of time , and adverse reactions. Results：A, B, C three groups of mothers in the success rate of miscarriage , pregnancy extension of time , adverse reactions between the two groups , the difference was not statistically significant （P〉0.05） with the control group , A, B, C three group of mothers in the success rate of miscar- riage , pregnancy extension of time , adverse reactions than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conelusioll： Capsule miscarriage ritodrine hydrochloride combined treatment of threatened premature labor, miscarriage rate can in- crease , prolong gestation time is conducive to the prognosis of newborn babies , is a safe and effective treatment to improve the qual- ity of obstetric and adverse reactions conditions and maternal age have no direct contact , worthy of clinical use .
