Network and Global Cultural Exchanges

网络和数字技术更新了人们的观念，张扬了人的主体性、类意识和全球意识；同时以网络为基础的全球文化交流也带有明显的西方话语和文化、意识形态特点。我们既要充分利用网络资源进行文化交流，也要抵制西方文化霸权，保持民族文化的独立性。

The network and digital technology renew the popular perception and increase the individuality of the people and their sense of identity and globalism. However the global cultural exchanges based on the network also brings the evident Western perceptions, language, culture and ideology. In this context, we have to use the network resources for cultural exchanges while at the same time try to assist the cultural hegemony from the West so as to keep our identity of national culture.
