摘要
目的探讨饮食习惯对血脂水平的影响,为当地人群合理营养指导提供科学依据。方法将1 500例正常饮食的人群(普食组)和800例寺院僧侣(素食组)随机分为两组:40岁以上组和40岁以下组,并测试所有人员体内总胆固醇,甘油三酯,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇与低密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量。结果对于40岁以上组和40岁以下组人群,素食组血液中TCH、TG、LDL-C含量均低于普食组,而HDL-C较普食组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。素食组血液中TCH、TG、LDL-C和HDL-C的血脂异常率较普食组低(P<0.05)。结论血脂水平与饮食习惯有关;摄取平衡饮食并建立良好的生活饮食习惯,加上坚持体育锻炼,有利于降低高脂血症和心脑血管疾病发生率。
Objective To explore the effects of dietary habit on blood fat levels , and provide scientific basis for rea- sonable nutrition guidance to local people. Methods A total of 1 500 cases of normal diet people (normal diet group) and 800 cases of monasteries of monks (vegetarian group)were randomly divided into two groups:above 40 years old group and under 40 years group. All of them were tested and measured with total cholesterol ,triglyeerides ,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol and low density lipoprotein cholesterol. Results For above 40 years group and under 40 years group,the vegetarian group in blood TCH ,TG, LDL-C levels were lower than the normal diet group,and HDL-C higher than those in the normal diet group (P〈0.05). The dyslipidemia rates of vegetarian group in blood TCH,TG,LDL-C, HDL-C were obviously lower than those in the normal diet group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Dietary habit plays an impor- tant role in blood fat level; Take a balanced diet and establish good eating habits,plus doing physical exercise, does good help to reducing the incidence of cardio-cerebral vascular diseases.
